Responsibilities
Requirements
- Perform sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/service line to achieve
or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market for learning &
development solutions/services.
- Contact and visit prospective customers to interact, inform and determine needs.
- Create and perform sales presentations to introduce our products/services and match them
with identified needs.
- Interact closely with the course development team for translating client needs to course
curriculum.
- Presentation to the Corporate Clients on existing and new products and services.
- Collect & Communicate market/competition information and implement business
development initiatives
- Plan and execute customer retention activities
- Proactively meet customers' requirements/problem resolution and be the interface between
internal members and the customer to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
- Deliver necessary periodic management reports.

- Degree holder from a reputed university.
- Excellent selling and client interaction skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently & under stress
- Good computer skills and strong command of English
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the service industry.
- Pro-active, creative, resourceful and a good team player
